Afraid You'll Have to Leave the Comfort of Your Home as You Age?

The goal of the assessment is to evaluate the functionality of the clients' current living arrangements and provide recommendations to improve safety and accessibility. It begins with a thorough Q&A between the client and Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess needs, wants and medical concerns. Then a walk-through of the home's exterior and interior evaluates the layout and physical abilities of the homeowner. Finally, a report is provided with detailed recommendations and further information to lead you in the right direction.
